Through our relation-building focus, we form a strategic partnership with our local law enforcement community to bridge the trust and public relation gaps.

The Multicultural Youth Development Initiative of Delaware County, referred to as MYDI of Delco, is a structured, skill-based youth empowerment program developed and supported by the Rural Liberia Community Empowerment Program. RLCEP - a community-based, community-oriented and community-focused nonprofit advocacy group — is dedicated to inspiring youth. MYDI was created in 2009 as a youth advocacy network. MYDI aims to represent their interests and provide opportunities for training and job placement for youth from diverse backgrounds and those who work with them.
